Kelli Loftus, BSN, RN, CHC, CCRN-K, NE-BC
Kelli is a certified health coach and registered nurse with a background in critical care and neurological and traumatic injuries. Prior to moving to Sarasota, Kelli was the Unit Director of a nationally recognized Beacon Award for Excellence Neuro/Trauma Intensive Care Unit at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Virginia.
After many years on the frontline of nursing and seeing the impact of excess weight, diabetes and heart disease, she decided to go straight to the source in an effort to better the health of our world and keep individuals out of the hospital entirely. She completed the Holistic MBA program at Health Coach Institute and ultimately founded Keltus Coaching, LLC where she coaches individuals nationwide on health and life transformation.
In addition to being a woman on a mission to better the health of our world, Kelli is first and foremost, Wife, Mom and Mimi to her beautiful family. She is a balance seeker, progress versus perfection enthusiast and believer that self care is not selfish-- that caring for yourself actually allows you to give more generously. On a Friday night, she can usually be found on Siesta Beach watching the sunset with her husband, Frank, a good cab sauv and her toes in the sand.

The Reverse Engineers of Poverty
BALTIMORE 15 YEARS AGO — Weaving our way through the chaotic streets of East Baltimore scrupulously plotting which corners to avoid at all costs after dark, we were unintentional co-conspirators in the life and death struggles of people we would never meet. Every choice we made dripped with sad, unintended consequences.
Buoyed by simple aspirations of an awakened America, we were intent on creating a renaissance vanguard one block at a time. Home to 300 murders a year and an unflinching poverty rate of 30 percent, we elected to see Baltimore as a city of endless possibilities. We believed in her people. Even in the early 2000s, the fearless optimism of the 1960s still seeded our thoughts and actions amidst unbelievable pain and despair.
